National Continence Helpline on 1800 33 00 66
The National Continence Helpline is a free information and referral telephone service staffed by experienced continence nurse advisors. The Helpline is confidential and operates from 8am to 8pm EST, five days a week. The Helpline is operated by the Continence Foundation of Australia and is funded by the Australian Government as part of the National Continence Management Strategy. Commonwealth Carelink Centres on 1800 05 22 22
Commonwealth Carelink Centres are information centres for older people, people with disabilities and those who provide care and services. Centres provide free and confidential information on community aged care, disability and other support services available locally, interstate or anywhere within Australia. The National Public Toilet Map, an initiative of the Australian Government, provides information about more than 14,000 public toilet facilities across Australia. Useful information is provided about each toilet, such as location, opening hours, availability of baby change rooms and accessibility for people with disabilities.
